This Privacy Policy describes how Art Hub Studio DOO collect, uses and shares the personal information of users of the “DrawToo” mobile app available on the App Store, Google Play, on the Website and etc.

This Policy also applies to any other websites that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.


1.1. We may change this Policy at any time. If we make any changes, we will change the «Last revised on» date above.
1.2. Any changes to the Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our notification of the changes via the Website and the Mobile App. These changes will be effective immediately for new Website and Mobile App users. Continued use of the Website and the Mobile App following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgment of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

If you do not agree with the Policy or changes to this Policy, do not access or stop using the Website and/or the Mobile App.


2.1. We get information about you in a range of ways.

A) Information you give Us.
We collect your‎ name, email address, username, demographic information (such as your gender and occupation), payment method information, feedback and survey responses, and other information you give Us on our Website or Mobile App. This information allows Us to provide you with the services via the Website or the Mobile App.

We do not sell personal information to anyone and only share it with third parties facilitating the delivery of our services with the Website or the Mobile App, including financial agents.

– We use third-party cloud providers such as Google Cloud, Crashanalyttics and Google Analytics specifically. These cloud providers do not use or have access to your personal information or identifiable information for any purpose other than cloud storage and retrieval.

– We may share certain personal information with Google Cloud, a secure and reliable cloud computing service, for the purpose of data storage and processing, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of your data.

– In the event of application crashes or errors, limited personal information may be transmitted to Crashanalytics, a service dedicated to identifying and resolving technical issues, to improve the app’s performance and stability.”

– For a better understanding of user interactions and to enhance our app’s functionality, we utilize Google Analytics, an analytics service provided by Google. This service gathers aggregated and anonymized usage data, assisting us in optimizing the user experience.
– The Mobile App only uploads the photographs you select for editing to the cloud.
– Photographs are temporarily cached on the cloud servers during editing and encrypted using a key stored locally on your mobile device.
– Photographs remain in the cloud, so you can return to the image and make additional changes if you choose. You can delete your photographs. Your photographs will be deleted if you ask us to delete your account, so you are solely responsible for creating and maintaining backup copies of your photographs if you desire.
– We do not use the photographs you provide when you use the Mobile App for any reason other than to provide you with the portrait editing functionality of the Mobile App.
– In case your Account or information about you were deleted, we will continue to store your User Content and uploaded content for a limited period to fulfill the legal requirements.

3.1. We use your personal information for the following purposes:
– to perform our contractual obligations towards you, including operating, maintaining, and improving our sites, products, and services.
– to process and deliver contest entries and rewards.
– to respond to comments and questions and provide customer service.
– to send information, including confirmations, invoices, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.
– to communicate about promotions, upcoming events, and other news about our products and services and our selected partners.
– to link or combine user information with other personal information.
– to protect, investigate, and deter against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity on the Website and Mobile App.
– to provide and deliver products and services customers request;

Please notice that deletion or amendment may affect how the Website or the Mobile App works. We cannot guarantee that after deletion or amendment, you may use the Website or the Mobile App as you did before.

If you delete your data and then demand a copy of it, you will be able to receive only the current data, we cannot provide you with the deleted information.
